About me

I'm a student activist in Cottage Grove and Eugene, Oregon. I've been involved with the movement for three years now, starting with founding high school political groups and organizing a successful walk-out against the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I joke that, instead of following the trend of small town kids, I got hooked on politics rather than drugs.

I work with several groups and am on the National Advisory Board for the Not Your Soldier project (a nation-wide youth-let counter-recruitment group) and the Rural Organizing Project Board of Directors.

Aside from politics, I love to knit, read, and kick, though I can never seem to get away from my news junkie ways.
