We were at the SF chron this afternoon [thurs, 9/18/08] picketing to request some tough questions for Pelosi.

Specifically, what gives her the right to remove impeachment at a time like this. Can you join us? Are you in the city?

We will be picketing every thursday at noon until the election. -cz

watching Cindy struggle against the "establishment" is agonizing. I fear "we the people" have no choice and no voice for this government that has grown too large and too corrupt. If we vote the candidate we vote for is denied the office. This system is archaic and loathe with 'evil doers' esconsced here for decades. And they want to spread this democracy? to other countries by unlawful wars and coos.

Yes, Cindy's challenge to Pelosi is now THE best potential route to impeachment! ALL incumbents who've not taken action to impeach Bush and Cheney MUST fear for their seats. That is the only leverage we now have, and that (power) is the only language "they" seem to speak. And each and every one who has not worked hard to impeach Bush and Cheney have violated their oath of office, as the Constitution mandates impeachment in the case of a runaway Executive.
I've read that Cindy will surrender the race IF Pelosi passes Articles of Impeachment in the House (onto the Senate); can you verify if this is true? This makes me even more interested in supporting Cindy.

Hey new friend! Thanks for the invite! I have not been as active on this site as I used to be, only because many things happened in my personal life one being the loss of a loved one. I needed ( still do) time - quality time away from all- to come back full of my usual energy. I am re-surfacing slowly but does not mean I have not done my activist work, only have not posted much anywhere....OK! I have written a few letters some were published but about writing that was about it. Ah! Pelosi is coming to town this coming Tuyesday. She will be un-welcomed with many voices on posters!
