Congress and any one who tries to work with a closed mind president knows the frustration. it seems like no one can talk reason or discuss anything with a closed mind person. maybe if you shove a green paper under his nose and if he smells it, maybe just maybe he will open up. it should not be this way with any Government offical.

i have been keeping up with the governmental activities. now i think the problem is bush enjoys keeping both parties devided so that an agreement can't be reached until every thing is included that he wants. he doesn't care what the American people want.
